Digital printing is the evolution of offset: direct printing from the computer without plates, cost-effective for short runs, personalized with variable data and fast execution. It is characterized by being a direct process from the computer to the printer, without the need for photolithographs or plates. This makes it ideal and cost-effective for short runs.
One of its main advantages is the possibility of customize each copy (variable data), which is not possible with offset printing.

Advantages:
Very fast.
No drying required, can be handled instantly.
Allows full customization (text and image).
Limitations:
On rough paper, the toner does not penetrate well.
Pantone colors are simulated with CMYK and are not exact.

Advantages:
Supports very large formats.
Fast and without the need for drying.
Excellent quality (smooth gradients and vivid colors).
Wide range of color according to the inks available.
Limitations:
Unprofitable for large quantities.
