The file must be PDF with embedded fonts.
The work must be technically prepared: correct size, bleed, folds, image resolution (300 dpi), color palettes, etc. It is recommended to review our instructions.
If we detect preparation errors, the customer will be notified for correction.
The requested modifications or conversions will be will invoice separately.
If the client requests that we do the layout:
Included are 3 modifications or tests. Additional charges will be billed separately.
It does not include redrawing of logos, maps, stock photos or any element not provided by the client or requiring extra work.
Not included physical or electronic evidence unless indicated in the quotation.
The tests must be expressly requested and involve a fee. additional charge, as well as any subsequent changes.
If no proof is requested, it is understood that the client accepts the final result.
The color printed proofs are approximate. There may be variations due to differences between machines, inks or paper types.
In Pantone printing, the color fidelity is only approximate and will be validated with an official guide.
The electronic testing (PDF/JPG) do not guarantee color fidelity.
Validity: 30 days. VAT not included.
Based exclusively on information provided by the client.
The technical review is performed after approval and confirmation of order.
Any extra work not reflected in the quotation will be invoiced separately.
Urgent jobs or jobs with ink funds have a supplement that must be reflected in the budget.
Any material used in the production process is property of the printer.
Their assignment will be considered as an additional order and will be invoiced separately.
They start only after the customer acceptance and confirmation of payment.
For wire transfer payments, work begins upon receipt of the payment.
If more than 15 days, will be considered cancelled and the cancellation policy will apply.
The work and materials used to date will be invoiced.

They should be sent by registered mail within a maximum period of 8 days from the reception desk.
